Our Rug Manager assesses the design, considering logo size, colors, and desired rug dimensions. We then select carpets that match the logo colors and suit the rug's intended placement, factoring in durability and maintenance requirements. Customers provide their logo with color specifications, and we agree on the final size and logo placement. We create a paper template of the logo drawn to scale, then cut it into color-coordinated pieces to determine the required carpet amounts. Our fabricators hand-cut the carpet according to the pattern, and we perform a quality check by laying out the logo pieces. The complete rug material is then cut to accommodate the logo, and the individual logo pieces are hand-inlaid. A final inspection ensures the rug meets all design specifications.
